When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry.
Are your samples free or do they carry a cost?
It depends on the product. For low-value items, we provide free samples (freight collect). High-value items require sample and freight costs, which can be refunded after a formal order is placed.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance due before shipping.
Can you provide custom designs?
Yes. We can design packaging and carton boxes according to your specific requirements. Otherwise, we use our regular export packing.
What is the lead time for mass production?
During off-peak seasons, it is within 25-30 days after deposit. In busy seasons, it ranges from 40-45 days. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
Do you have an MOQ limit?
Our standard MOQ is 3000pcs, though 1pc is available for initial sample checking.
